Experience a tranquil and serene stay at our independent studio located within a beautiful Zen garden. Enjoy the peaceful and sunny terrace that awaits you. The spacious room includes a large sofa bed for two, along with a 26m² living area featuring a dining space and a bathroom with a shower. Stay connected with our internet and wifi RJ45 cable. Ample parking is available right outside the house. Our prime location, marked as "A" on the last photo, allows for easy exploration of the surrounding region. It is particularly convenient for those attending an internship at the University Hospital, which is just 1.3 km away or 2 tram stops from Pellegrin. The airport is a short 8 km drive, while the historic center of Bordeaux is only 5 km away via the new direct route of Avenue F. Mitterrand, situated between the ring and boulevards. With a tram stop just 250 meters away, you can effortlessly access the center of Bordeaux and its platforms without the hassle of traffic or parking. Additionally, there is a Velib rental fleet available 400 meters from the tram stop "fountains arlac".For an added fee, indulge in a delicious full French breakfast consisting of pastries, fresh bread, butter, jam, fresh fruit, juice, yogurt, milk, chocolate, and cereals.
