Welcome to Augustin's spacious house, where all the comforts await you and your group of 8 to 16 people. The large living room, located under the roof, features a grand dining table meticulously set up by Augustin, along with two convertible sofas for your relaxation. Additionally, you will have access to three bathrooms, three fully equipped kitchens, three separate bedrooms, and two more convertible sofas.The kitchens are stocked with everything you need, including a refrigerator with a freezer section, microwave oven, mini-oven, ceramic hob, kettles, electric and French press coffee makers, teapots, complete crockery, kitchen equipment, corkscrew, scissors, knives, cutting boards, serving dishes, oven dishes, salad bowls, cups, mugs, and more. There are a total of 18 chairs available for your convenience.
The large living room boasts two convertible sofas measuring 140 × 190, two armchairs, a television with TNT channels, a reliable WI-FI connection, a table with six chairs (plus an additional table to accommodate more guests), and a school desk filled with games for children.
As for sleeping arrangements, there are a total of 16 beds available. This includes two separate bedrooms with 140 × 190 beds, a bridal room with a 140 × 190 bed and two 90 × 190 beds, and four double sofa beds (with an extra bed available if needed).
Each bathroom - equipped with a toilet - features a 90 × 90 shower, a sink, an individual water heater, a shelf, and a hairdryer for your convenience. If you require any additional amenities such as an iron, ironing board, cot, or an extra bed measuring 80 × 190, please don't hesitate to request them.
To make your stay even more enjoyable, we provide complimentary coffee, tea, sugar, coffee filters, dish soap, shower gel, soap, towels, and sheets.
Lastly, we happily accept animals, ensuring that everyone in your group can enjoy their vacation to the fullest.

The Avignon center train station is a 12-minute walk away from the accommodation.
For those arriving by car, you have the option to park at the Italiens car park and take a complimentary shuttle bus to reach the accommodation. Both the shuttle and parking are free.
Alternatively, you can park at the Les Halles car park, which is a 3-minute walk from the accommodation. However, please note that there is a fee of 5 euros from 8 p.m. to 8 a.m. and 1.60 euros per hour during the rest of the day.
If you prefer to park elsewhere and drop off your luggage, follow the directions: take the rue "Thiers", then turn right onto the rue "Paul Sain" until you reach the rue du "Portail Matheron". From there, you will only be 50m away from the accommodation.
