La Ruche Bed & Breakfast is a charming 19th Century French house situated in the picturesque village of Chaillac. Offering a range of 5 cozy and traditionally decorated Double and King rooms, we are open throughout the year.Whether you are planning a week-long getaway, a short overnight stay, or a convenient stopover between the north of France and the Mediterranean, Chaillac is the perfect location. Just a short drive from the A20 motorway and in close proximity to Limoges and Poitiers airports, our bed and breakfast provides easy access for travelers.
Chaillac is a sought-after destination for tourists, known for its family-friendly atmosphere and the breathtaking natural beauty of the surrounding area. With attractions such as lakes, forests, and stunning countryside, including the nearby Château Guillaume, there is plenty to explore.
Within the village, you will find a variety of restaurants, bars, a bakery, delicatessen, and other local amenities. Additionally, La Ruche has its own Tea room which operates five days a week during daytime hours.
At La Ruche, we pride ourselves on our ability to communicate in English and are steadily improving our French language skills. We extend our gratitude to the local school, village friends, and our children for their support.
