Our accommodations are situated either within our historic farmhouse or in a recently refurbished outhouse adjacent to it. Each room features a comfortable double bed measuring either 160 cm or 180 cm, as well as its own private bathroom. Additionally, we offer two "family rooms" suitable for 2 adults and 2 or 3 children. These rooms are tastefully furnished with antique pieces, complemented by luxurious bedding carefully selected to ensure peaceful and restful nights. For your convenience, catering facilities are provided in each room, allowing you to enjoy a cup of tea or coffee at your leisure.Description for Gite
This charming gite accommodates up to six guests and is situated in a separate building adjacent to our beautiful farmhouse. On the ground floor, you will find a cozy living room with a well-equipped kitchenette. There is also a spacious bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and toilet. Moving up to the first floor, you will discover two inviting bedrooms, one featuring a comfortable double bed (160 cm) and the other offering two single beds (90 cm each). To reach your destination, follow these revised travel directions:
Start by heading west on the Paris-Bordeaux-Nantes motorway for approximately 160 km.
When you reach the Saint Arnoult toll, take the exit towards Rennes-Le Mans.
Continue on this road until you reach the exit for "La Ferté Bernard."
Once you exit, follow the signs for Bellême in La Ferté Bernard until you reach Saint Germain de la Coudre (D 36).
In Saint Germain de la Coudre, follow the signs for Bellou Le Trichard.
After driving for about 4.5 km, make a left turn where you see a sign indicating "Lauseraie" among other farmhouse names.
Continue for 500 m and you will arrive at your destination.
