This spacious house, which was previously inhabited by Benedictine monks, has been offering 5 guest rooms since June 2007. Nestled below the Saint Agnan bell tower in the heart of the historic neighborhood, this idyllic dwelling boasts a breathtaking view of the Loire river and the Sancerrois mountains from its wide-ranging garden. Guests staying on the first floor have direct access to the garden. The house's convenient location allows guests to easily explore the town and indulge in a delicious meal at one of the many nearby restaurants. Each bedroom is uniquely decorated, creating an intimate and cozy atmosphere. All rooms are equipped with a king size bed, private bathroom, and toilet. Guests are welcome to relax in the sitting-room and library located in the center of the house. Weather permitting, breakfast is served in the garden. The fifth room, known as the "bellfry room," offers a private entrance to the garden and a spacious vaulted bathroom with a large balneotub. From May to September, guests can enjoy the heated outdoor swimming pool.Reviews
