Located just 300 meters away from a stunning beach and surrounded by enchanting pine forests, this bright studio is situated on the first floor of a small residence within a private village. From the balcony, you can enjoy a picturesque view of the bay, while having the convenience of a private parking space.Recently renovated in 2020, the studio spans across 24 square meters and offers the following features:
- An entrance area with a spacious wall cupboard, washing machine, ironing board, and iron.
- A cozy living room with a retractable bed for two (140x195) and a sofa bed (140x200), along with a designated dining area.
- A well-equipped kitchen area complete with a large fridge/freezer, hob, combi oven/microwave, dishwasher, Senseo coffee machine, cutlery, coffee maker, toaster, and kettle.
- A bathroom with a toilet and a walk-in shower (140x80).
Additionally, the studio comes with a parking space.
The location also offers easy access to cycle paths and is conveniently situated just 2 kilometers away from the town center, which includes a market and shopping centers.
This studio is available for weekly rentals or a minimum of 2 nights. Please note that the adult tourist tax must be paid on-site according to the current rates. Cleaning services are not included, and guests are required to bring their own sheets and household linen. A mandatory accommodation deposit of 300 is also required per stay. Please kindly note that animals are not allowed, and the property is strictly non-smoking. To ensure the safety and well-being of our guests, the studio is thoroughly disinfected between each rental.
