The house is a one-story dwelling surrounded by towering trees. Within the premises, you will have access to a private garden equipped with a seating area, table, and chairs for your outdoor meals. Additionally, there is a barbecue available for your use. Regardless of whether you are traveling by bicycle, motorbike, or car, you can securely park your vehicle in a private car park.

Inside the house, there are three bedrooms for your enjoyment. The first bedroom is a suite with a comfortable 160-sized bed, a private shower room, a separate toilet, and direct access to the garden through French windows. The other two bedrooms share a bathroom and separate toilet. One of these bedrooms has a cozy 140-sized bed, while the other has two single beds measuring 90 each.

The living room and kitchen are spacious and well-furnished. The kitchen includes a stove with an oven, a fridge with a freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave, a coffee maker, a toaster, and even a fondue set. Each room can be rented separately, with access to a shared kitchen.

To reach our house, take the A77 and use the Nevers exit. Our house is situated north of the Loire River, in the direction of the Bérégovoy Hospital and the Lycée Alain Colas.
