With a private entrance from the outside, the guest house features a spacious 90sq meter bedroom furnished with a comfortable queen size bed. Additionally, guests can enjoy exclusive access to a private library and a large living room equipped with a French billiard table, TV with DVD player, microwave oven, electric kettle, and refrigerator. The guest house also offers a private shower room with toilet, complete with bath towels. Each morning, a generous breakfast is served in the owner's private dining room. Annot is situated approximately 20 minutes away from Castellane and the Verdon. It is located between Nice, which is 80 km away, and Digne les Bains. To reach Annot from Nice, take the road heading towards Grenoble. Afterward, turn right at the "Scaffarels" junction to reach Annot. Additionally, it is also possible to reach Annot by train from both Digne and Nice via the Pignes train.
