This beautifully renovated traditional farmhouse can comfortably accommodate you and your family. It has space for up to 4 adults and 2 babies, ensuring privacy and tranquility.
Interior Description:
Kitchen: Equipped with a 4 burner gas stove, traditional oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, cooker hood, coffee maker, toaster, multi-function robot, electric mixer, electric knife, various crockery and kitchen utensils, vacuum cleaner, cooker.
Living room: Furnished with a sofa, armchair, Freeview TV, DVD player, radio, table and 6 chairs, and a highchair.
2 bedrooms: Features 140 x 90 beds, wardrobes, and baby beds (1 crib, 1 portable bed upon request).
Bathroom: Includes a washbasin, shower, and heated towel rack.
Toilet: Separate from the bathroom.
Other amenities: Heating provided by electric radiators, iron and ironing board, and baby equipment such as high chairs, booster seats, plastic tub, and toilet gear.
Exterior Description:
Private parking area, garden furniture, parasol, and stone barbecue.
Services:
Linen: Bed sheets, towels, washcloths, bath towels, bath mats, kitchen towels, and napkins available for a fee of 10 per room per stay, upon request.

Within 1 km: Bar-tabac, bakery, auto garage, library, multimedia center, tennis court, petanque court, fishing pond, hiking trails, ostrich and duck feeding with farm product tastings every Thursday evening, Chapelle Saint Jean de la Lande with annual pilgrimage on June 24.

Market days: Tocane St. Apre on Mondays, Lisle on Tuesdays, La Tour Blanche on Wednesdays, St. Astier on Thursdays, Ribérac on Fridays, Verteillac on Saturdays.
Places to visit: Etang de La Jemaye, Brantome (also known as "the Venice of the Perigord") and its abbey, Villars Cave with its paintings and crystallizations, Aubeterre (one of the most beautiful villages of France) and its monolithic church, Périgueux with its Gallo-Roman history and charming old town (medieval renaissance), Bourdeilles and its castle.
A little history: The Périgord region is divided into four colors: White representing the stone, Black representing the truffle, Purple representing the wine, and Green representing the forest.
Price: 40 per day or 14 hours until the next morning at 10 hours, regardless of the number of people, plus tax (weekly rental option available as well). A deposit of 150 is required upon arrival, which will be refunded upon departure if the property is left in good condition. Pets are not allowed.
