Experience the tranquility and charm of our countryside home in Lot-et-Garonne, on the edge of Perigord Agen. Explore the rich history of the region by visiting our castles and traditional houses, and indulge in our renowned gastronomy, including foie gras and local wines such as Duras and Buzet. Our spacious cottage can accommodate up to 11 guests, with an additional annex chalet for 2, both fully equipped for your convenience. Unwind on the large 45m² terrace, perfect for relaxation and lounging, while enjoying panoramic views and taking dips in the above ground wooden pool.

We are proud to be an approved CLESVACANCES gîte, with a 3cls label highlighting our commitment to the environment and local fisheries. Pamper yourself with a hydro massage shower in our bathroom, or book a rejuvenating "well-being" massage on-site (additional charges apply). During the season, our prices vary based on the number of occupants.

For outdoor enthusiasts, there are hiking and mountain biking trails nearby, as well as fishing spots, golf courses, tennis courts, and horseback riding facilities just 2 km away. Explore the Lot, d'Aiguillon, and Cahors regions by boat along the baize or the Canal de Garonne. Don't miss the opportunity to indulge in the region's famous foie gras and sample exquisite wines from the cellars of Buzet, Duras, Bergerac, and Saint Emilion. Visit the must-see castles and country houses of Périgord-Agenais, along with the fascinating caves in the area.

Please note that final cleaning is available at an additional cost, and a deposit will be required upon arrival. Our cottage is open year-round, and prices decrease according to the season and the number of guests (excluding high season). Water and electricity are included in our prices, and there is an option to rent sheets and towels for your convenience.

Magnifique maison confortable avec vue sur la campagne. Très grande terrasse avec une immense table où on peut manger en famille. Lieu idéal pour un séjour de détente avec piscine privée. Très agréable séjour avec le chant des oiseaux. Super endroit pour découvrir les environs. L'hôte est très accueillante et arrangeante. Je recommande vivement ce gîte.
