This charming gite offers comfortable living spaces with an ideal orientation on three sides: east, north, and west. With a total area of 65 m², the house also features a lovely 9 m² loggia on the ground floor, perfect for enjoying the surrounding views. The added convenience of floor heating ensures a cozy atmosphere throughout.Upon entering through the individual ground floor entrance, guests will have access to private parking. The welcoming living room boasts a dining area and a cozy sitting area equipped with a color TV, DVD player, radio/CD player, and charming pine furniture. Relax on the comfortable two-seater sofa or two armchairs, while enjoying the warmth of the wood-burning fireplace.
The fitted kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge/freezer, electric hob, electric oven, toaster, and all necessary dishes. Sleeping arrangements include one room with a comfortable 140 cm bed for two people, complete with a comforter and blanket. Additionally, there is another room with three 90 cm beds, also with comforters and blankets.
The bathroom features a sink, shower, and WC. The 6 m² loggia offers stunning views of the lake and Embrun, providing a tranquil spot to relax.
Outside, guests can enjoy the equipped outdoor area, which includes children's games, garden furniture, an individual barbecue, and various ball games.
