Property Description:This charming cottage is located at 21 Recreation Camp "ERIN" in ERDEVEN, with a beautiful garden measuring 250 m2. The cottage features a spacious terrace/balcony, perfect for enjoying the outdoors. Additionally, there is parking/garage available. The accommodation comfortably sleeps 6 people.
The cottage boasts a total area of 35 m2 on the ground floor and an additional 28 m2 mezzanine. It is situated on a closed ground of 250 m2, just 500m from the beach, accessible through the dunes of Kerhillio. The location is convenient, with Carnac and Quiberon nearby.
The cottage offers a range of amenities including a terrace, barbecue, television, and microwave. Pets are also allowed. The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas cooker, oven, fridge (220L with freezer), microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, cooker hood, complete kitchen utensils, a crockery set for 12 people, a table with 6 chairs, vacuum cleaner, and an iron.
The living/dining room is furnished with a 2-seater sofa, 2 armchairs, coffee table, buffet, and a color TV (53cm). All bedrooms are well-appointed. The downstairs bedroom accommodates 2 people and includes a bed with a headboard and a wardrobe. The two bedrooms on the mezzanine have beds for 2 people, each with a bedside cabinet.
All beds come with a comfortable mattress, two pillows, duvet, mattress covers, and pillow protectors. The shower/bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, shower, and toilet.
Heating is provided through electric means. Additional amenities include a garden sink, a table for 6 people on the cottage's deck, a built-in barbecue, and a table with 6 chairs on the patio made of pavers, complete with a parasol.
