It is a ground floor unit with brand new air conditioning, suitable for two adults and no pets. The gite includes a PC with ADSL internet, DVDs, and music for guests to enjoy during their stay.

The atmosphere is very calm and peaceful. The gite consists of one bedroom, one bathroom with a shower, a TV lounge, a kitchen with a washing machine, oven, and microwave. Outside, there is a shaded terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue, perfect for relaxing and sunbathing. Additionally, there is a veranda with a wicker lounge, a garden, and a shared swimming pool (8x4m, 1.50m deep) with the owners.

For convenience, there is a closed parking area for guests' vehicles. The gite is also conveniently located just 200 meters away from various shops and businesses. The city of Wednesday is 25 km away (code blue).

St Martin de Crau is a charming Provencal village that offers easy access to various tourist attractions in the region. Guests can explore nearby attractions such as Les Baux de Provence, Saint Remy de Provence, the Luberon, Arles, the Camargue, and the sea, which is only 35 km away. The gite is centrally located near the city center and shops, in a quiet residential area.

It is conveniently located within 200 meters of all shops. A PC with internet access via ADSL is available, and there is also the possibility of renting mountain bikes.
