Description for B&B:

Welcome to our charming cottage, nestled in the heart of Beaujolais within a beautifully renovated old winegrowers house. With its exposed stone, moldings, and period beams, the cottage exudes character and charm.

Completely independent from the owners' house, the cottage offers a private and serene atmosphere. Inside, you will find a tastefully decorated living room adorned in soft shades, complete with comfortable armchairs and a sofa bed. A dining table is also available for your meals. Adjacent to the living room is a fully equipped kitchenette, featuring a dishwasher, a 4-burner induction hob, and all the necessary crockery. Additionally, we provide raclette and fondue devices, as well as a pressure cooker upon request.

The cottage offers a shower room with a walk-in stone shower and a heated towel rail. Towels are provided for your convenience. On the same level, you will discover a spacious 20 m² bedroom with bohemian decor, a comfortable 160 bed, and quality bedding. A wardrobe, reading corner, and office area are also available for your use. Upstairs, there is another 20 m² bedroom with warm decoration, a wardrobe, and a TV. All beds will be made upon your arrival, ensuring a hassle-free stay. If needed, a cot can be provided upon request.

Access to the cottage is through a staircase that leads to a small private terrace. From here, you can enjoy breathtaking views of the surrounding vineyards and a beautiful 5000m² park filled with century-old trees and colorful flowers, providing a truly bucolic and revitalizing setting.

Conveniently located just 8 minutes from the A6 highway, our cottage is an ideal choice for both family getaways and business trips. In the village, you will find various shops, a restaurant offering take-away meals, and a medical center. Furthermore, our location is perfect for exploring the Beaujolais region, with its charming "Pierres Dorées" in the south and the lush "Beaujolais Vert" in the north.

Nearby, you will find a wide range of activities to enjoy, including cycling, hiking trails, wine tourism, tree climbing, tennis, and horse riding. We are also just a 10-minute drive from Villefranche-sur-Saône and a 30-minute drive from Lyon. So, while we offer the tranquility and beauty of the countryside, you are still within close proximity to the city.

Please note that a car is recommended for easy access, as we are located 8 minutes from the Villefranche Nord exit N°31 on the A6 highway.
