Welcome to our villa in La Colle sur Loup, conveniently located just 3 kilometers from Saint-Paul-de-Vence and a short 17 kilometers from Nice and the airport. We invite you to stay in one of our three beautiful rooms, all situated on the garden floor. Each room features its own terrace, air conditioning, bath or shower room with a toilet, television with a DVD player, Wi-Fi, and a small refrigerator. Our guests are welcome to enjoy the swimming pool, sun beds, and jeu-de-boules field on the premises. Surrounding the property are breathtaking views of the valley and the village of La Colle-sur-Loup. Despite its peaceful location, the villa is only a few minutes away from the village.Start your day with a delightful French breakfast served in our charming dining room or, weather permitting, on one of our terraces. We provide parking in our closed garden for your convenience. Each room on the garden floor includes its own terrace, bath or shower room with a toilet, television with a DVD player, Wi-Fi, and a small refrigerator.
Please note that a minimum stay of 2 nights is required, and during July and August, the minimum stay is 3 nights. Arrivals are accepted between 2:00 and 9:00 p.m., while departures should be between 8:00 and 10:30 a.m.
Please be aware that our rooms are not suitable for children under the age of 16, and we kindly ask that no pets be brought onto the premises.
