The Clôt de Roques domain is situated in the beautiful South-West region, nestled in the heart of the Lot Valley. It is conveniently located near the Bastide of Villeneuve-sur-Lot and the charming village of Casseneuil, surrounded by the peninsula of the three rivers - Sône, Lède, and Lot. This idyllic setting features 15th-century houses, a historic church classified as a Monument, and a picturesque green lane.Spread across 8 hectares of land, the property is enveloped by fields and orchards. Here, horses and ponies graze freely. Behind the farmhouse, you will find four cozy and inviting cottages. Each cottage offers different capacities and ensures privacy as they do not face each other. Moreover, guests have exclusive access to the enclosed aquatic area, comprising two pools. One of the pools is heated, while the other features a balneo space for ultimate relaxation.
The cottages vary in size, ranging from 40 to 75 square meters. The enclosed swimming pool measures 11 meters by 5 meters and can be heated based on weather conditions. Additionally, there is a 3-meter by 6-meter balneo pool, with a depth of 1 meter, which operates from April to September.
For recreation, the property boasts swings, a ping-pong table, a bowling alley, and a volleyball and badminton court. There is also a soccer field for those who enjoy the sport. All of these amenities are conveniently nestled under the shade of the surrounding trees.
