This duplex studio cottage is a charming combination of old-world character and modern comfort. With a size of 25m², it is perfect for 2 people. The cottage is located in the renovated old bread oven of a winegrower's house. It has been classified with 2 stars by Atout France, labeled with 2 keys by Clévacances, and recognized as a "Valeurs natural regional park" accommodation.On the ground floor, you will find a cozy living-dining room equipped with a TV and WiFi. Adjacent to it is a kitchenette with a fridge, ceramic hob, and multifunction microwave oven. There is also a bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet on this level.
To access the bedroom on the first floor, you will climb a secure millers ladder. Please note that this may not be suitable for individuals with mobility issues, tall stature, or claustrophobia. The bedroom is located under the attic and is furnished with a 180 X 200 bed or two 90 X 200 beds, depending on your preference. The beds will be made upon your arrival.
Outside, you have access to a spacious courtyard with garden furniture and a barbecue. Additionally, there is a fully enclosed area of 40 ares with a pétanque court, more garden furniture, parking space, and a heated swimming pool (available in season, not during winter).
The cottage is situated in a typical Lorraine village within the Lorraine Regional Natural Park, offering a peaceful environment. Its central location, forming a triangle with the cities of Verdun, Metz, and Nancy, makes it an excellent starting point for exploring the region.
Within a radius of 3 to 5 kilometers, you will find various shops for your convenience. We are always available to assist you during your stay and can provide maps and documents to help you discover the beauty of our region.
The availability of the cottage can be checked on this website. Weekly rentals range from 250 to 280 euros, with July and August rentals available only from Saturday to Saturday. Mid-week rentals (4 nights) are priced at 180 euros and can begin on Monday or Tuesday. Weekend stays (2 nights) are available for 130 euros.
Please note that a tourist tax of 0.99€ per person over 18 years old, per day, applies. The rental price is all-inclusive, and sheets and towels are provided upon arrival (excluding swimming pool towels). Baby equipment can be provided upon request.
A 30% deposit is required to secure your reservation. There is also an optional end-of-stay cleaning package available for 40 euros. A refundable deposit of 200 euros is required.
Please note that only the number of people declared at the time of booking will be allowed inside the accommodation and on the premises. It is not possible to privatize the premises, including the swimming pool, for parties or any other purposes. We regret to inform you that we no longer accept bookings from companies.
In addition to the cottage, we also have a separate accommodation on-site, a gîte that can accommodate 3 people.
