Located in the heart of Brittany, France, near Lake Guerlédan, one of the most beautiful places in the region, this cottage is surrounded by a stunning 12 km reservoir with small sandy beaches and various water activities. The central location of Gîte Sant Venter makes it an ideal base for exploring Brittany. Despite being situated in a rural area, you can easily reach a selection of shops, restaurants, an indoor pool, tourist office, and the market within a 5-minute drive. The cottage is surrounded by hills, fields, small streams, lakes, and forests, with a small chapel (saint venter) nearby, creating a peaceful rural ambiance. Additionally, children can enjoy visiting the owners' farm, which is located just 600m from the cottage and houses dairy cows, calves, horses, dogs, tractors, and more. The cottage features 3 bedrooms and can accommodate a maximum of 6 guests, plus one baby.
