Description for Gite
Description:Enjoy our charming gite at affordable rates during the low season. For school holidays such as Halloween, Carnival, and Easter, we offer a weekly rate of 280 euros. In addition, during this period, the rate is slightly higher at 290 euros per week.
For the high season, which includes the months of July, August, and December, the weekly rate is 350 euros.
If you prefer a shorter stay, we welcome guests for a minimum of two nights on weekends, at a rate of 80 euros per night.
We kindly request an additional fee of 50 euros for heating from November 1st to March 31st.
To secure your reservation, we require a 25% deposit upon booking, with the remaining balance payable upon arrival at the house. Additionally, a refundable deposit of 150 euros is required upon arrival.
Experience comfort and affordability at our gite, where we strive to provide an enjoyable stay for our guests.

Impeccable
En pleine saison nous avons réservé cet " appartement". Il est situé dans une rue tres calme. L'appartement est incroyablement spacieux, superbement équipé, même du nécessaire de toilette, necessaire de nettoyage, linge de lit, ... La propriétaire est bien sympathique et présente si besoin. Nous y retournerons sans hésitation et en ferons bonne publicité.

In the charming village of Neubois, located at the beginning of the valley of Villé, there is a house available for rent. Neubois is a village in the center of Alsace, nestled at the foot of the Vosges Mountains and surrounded by a beautiful forest. With a population of 700, it serves as an ideal starting point for various hiking trails, the famous wine route, and visits to numerous castles. One of the most renowned castles, Ht Koenigsbourg, is just a 15-minute drive away. During winter, you can enjoy skiing, which is only a 30-minute drive from the village, and explore the many enchanting Christmas markets that Alsace is known for.
