We have two air-conditioned studios that are approximately 26m2 each and can accommodate 2 people per studio. These studios are located on the first floor and come with a terrace, providing a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The spacious rooms have French windows that overlook the terrace and pool. The bed size is 1.40 x 1.90 and there is a dining area with a table and chairs. The studios also feature a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, fridge freezer, and hob. Additionally, there is a shower, washbasin with a vanity unit, and a separate toilet.From 13th July to 23rd August and in December, the weekly rate is 590€. In April, May, June, and September, the weekly rate is 490€. From October to March, the weekly rate is 460€. For overnight stays, the rate ranges from 68€ to 120€ (minimum 3 nights, except in July and August where only weekly stays are available) and includes all charges.
We also have a ground floor flat called T2, which is about 40m2 and has a garden. This flat can accommodate a maximum of 3 people. It features a living room with a kitchen and a sofa bed (1.40m x 1.90m), as well as a separate bedroom with a bed size of 1.40m x 1.90m. There is a shower room with a window and a separate toilet also with a window. The flat is equipped with all modern conveniences.
The rates for the T2 flat are as follows: from October to April, the weekly rate is 390€; from May to June and from 1st July to 12th July, the weekly rate is 595€; from 13th July to 23rd August, the weekly rate is 695€; from 24th August to 30th August, the weekly rate is 695€; and in September, the weekly rate is 595€.
Outside the flat, there is a table and chairs for guests to enjoy. We offer amenities such as WIFI, parking, and a swimming pool available from 10am to 1pm and from 3pm to 7pm. Linen can be provided for an additional cost of 20€ per week for sheets and pillowcases, and 8€ for towels.
For long-term rentals or longer stays, we offer discounted prices. Lower rates are also available for multiple weeks with a minimum requirement of 3 weeks. A deposit of 30% and a cleaning fee of 35€ are required. Additionally, there is a city tax of 0.83€ per person per day.

A quelques pas de la mer, vous tomberez sous le charme de cette ravissante villa tenue impeccablement par ses propriétaires. L accueil et le confort méritent d être notés. Très agréable séjour.
magnifiques chambres d'hôtes
Villa au calme et tout proche de la mer. Nous avons apprécié l'accueil chaleureux de nos hôtes, les délicieux petits déjeuners (avec confitures maison !), le confort de la chambre, l'équipement de la cuisine (tout a été prévu pour le confort des vacanciers !), et le grand balcon sur lequel nous avons pu prendre nos repas.

If you are coming from Bandol Sanary-sur Mer and heading towards Six-Fours, follow the directions along the sea. At the last roundabout, continue straight ahead towards Coudouliere (or the Park of the Mediterranean or the Brusc).
As you reach Mount Corniche Solviou, you will notice the sea on your right and a large wall on your left. On the top left, there is a row of palm trees and a sign for "Residence of Cap dOr" on the wall of a small building. Turn left at this point and continue down the road until the end. Please be cautious of speed bumps along the way.
When you reach the fourth and final speed bump, you will see a sign for Astérie private property on your left. The gate to the property (house N°12) will be partially open. There is a bell on the left pillar for you to inform us of your arrival.
After placing your bags in the room, you can park your car around the villa. If you have a GPS, enter the destination as "Astérie."
