No8 Chambres d'Hote offers a total of 4 bedrooms, with a maximum capacity of 9 guests. The main house features 2 double bedrooms, each equipped with their own private en suite modern bathrooms.

The first bedroom can accommodate 2 or 3 persons and includes a double bed with an adjoining door to a single bedroom with a single bed. This room also has an en suite bathroom. The price per night for this bedroom, inclusive of breakfast, is as follows:
- For 1 or 2 persons: 80
- For 3 persons: 90

The second bedroom can accommodate 2 persons and features a double bed and a spacious modern en suite bathroom. The price per night for this bedroom, inclusive of breakfast, is 80 for 1 or 2 persons.

In addition to the main house, there is an annex that offers 2 double bedrooms.
The third bedroom includes a double bed and a modern compact en suite with a shower, toilet, and washbasin. The price per night for this bedroom, inclusive of breakfast, is 70 for 1 or 2 persons.

The fourth bedroom includes 2 single beds and a modern compact en suite with a shower, toilet, and washbasin. The price per night for this bedroom, inclusive of breakfast, is also 70 for 1 or 2 persons.

Please note that the bedrooms in the annex are only available from March to November. All bedroom prices include breakfast and a Tax de Sejour fee of 0.75 per person, per night.

During your stay, you can enjoy comfortable lounges to relax in after exploring the region. There is also a garden and an enclosed private courtyard with a BBQ for your convenience.

No8 Chambres d'Hote is conveniently located just a 15-minute drive from the center of Reims and 25 minutes from Epernay. It is an ideal base for touring the Champagne villages and caves, as well as for enjoying walking or bike rides in the natural park Montagne de Reims. The Centre of Geological in the village Mailly Champagne is also worth a visit.

There are various activities and places of interest to explore in the area, including Reims Cathedral, Palais du Tau, Panétarium, Musée Automobile, La Fort de la Pompelle, Faux de Verzy, Musée Les de la Vigne-Phare de Verzeny, Moulin de Verzeny, and Pac Nature de Sept Saulx. Additionally, you can enjoy hot air balloon flights across the Champagne vineyards, fishing, canoe-kayak, and boat and bike hire. Epernay, Chalon En Champagne, Troy, and Lac de Der are also within reach.

For those interested in day trips to Paris, the new Gare / station TGV is just a 10-minute drive away, providing easy access to the city within 45 minutes by TGV. Euro Disney Park is also a 50-minute drive via the motorway.

Very nice place! Friendly host giving great advice. The breakfast was very good and fresh. The rooms are spatious, comfortable and very clean.

Stayed 3 nights at Andy's place. Extremely clean room with large bathroom. Parking was convenient. Filing breakfast with great coffee. Andy was very helpful with ideas for places to see in the Champagne region

Directions

To travel from Reims to the destination, follow these directions:
- Take the A4 / E17 / E46 / E50 highway towards Metz / Nancy / Châlon-en-Champagne.
- Exit at EXIT 26, which is signposted as CORMONTREUIL.
- At the first roundabout, take the second exit and continue towards ZONE D'ACTIVITÉS / CENTRE COMMERCIAL.
- Keep going straight and at the second roundabout (with Cora on your left), take the third exit.
- At the next roundabout, take the second exit onto D9, which is signposted as Louvois & Ludes (Top Office will be on your right).
- Continue on D9 Louvois/Ludes for 7.6km until you reach a crossroads on a slight incline.
- Turn left onto D26 Mailly Champagne, Route de Touristique de la Champagne.
- Stay on this road as it leads into the village. Once you enter the village, you will be on Rue de la Libération.
- No: 8 is located 500 yards past the Mailly Champagne House on the same side of the road.
