Description for B&B:
COVID-19: Your well-being and comfort are our top priority, and we ensure that our lodging is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected between each rental to maintain cleanliness. Our lodging, "Le Sablon," is classified as a "Gîtes de France" 3-star property and is available for year-round stays. With a capacity for 2 people (+1 baby), it combines the charm of old-world features such as exposed beams, stone walls, and real wooden parquet flooring with the comfort of recent renovations carried out in early 2019, which include new furniture and high-quality amenities.
To ensure a stress-free start to your stay, we provide basic essentials such as soap, tea, coffee, sugar, salt & pepper, and sponges, and the beds are made upon your arrival.
The open kitchen is equipped with modern appliances such as a dishwasher, induction hob, extractor, microwave oven, fridge and freezer, kettle, NESCAFE Dolce Gusto coffee machine, coffee machine, toaster, and raclette machine. It is also stocked with a variety of kitchen utensils.
The living room features a television and we have board games and wooden games available for children.
The shower room includes a double vanity unit, towel dryer, hair dryer, and washing machine, while a separate WC is also provided.
We offer amenities such as an iron and ironing board, as well as fans for your convenience.
The "cozy" bedroom features a new "Queen size" bed with mattress toppers for added comfort. The entire bedding is anti-dust mite, and we provide high-quality linen from "Tradition des Vosges."
Free WiFi is available throughout the lodging.
We offer towel rentals (including towels and a bathrobe) for 5 per person. Additionally, a baby kit is available for rent at 5 per stay, which includes an umbrella bed with a sheet, changing mat, bath, and high chair.
On the property, you will have access to a courtyard with garden furniture, deckchairs, and a parasol, as well as a covered terrace with a gas plancha. This space is for your private use, although we may occasionally cross paths.
During winter, a covered sports area is available, equipped with a bike, elliptical, weights, and more. In summer, we offer various sports equipment at the reception, and there are many walking paths to explore near the lodging.
We also provide an indoor relaxation area with a spa for those seeking relaxation through balneotherapy, aromatherapy, and light therapy. The spa is available during the day from 10 am to 6 pm for 20 per session, which includes a private area and bath towels. In the evening from 6 pm to 9 pm, the spa is available for 50 per session and includes a private area with a bottle of champagne cuvée "Grande Réserve" or "Blanc de Blancs," candles, and bath towels.
As a new addition to our spa offerings, we have partnered with a qualified and experienced physiotherapist masseuse who can provide personalized treatments such as massages, lymphatic drainage, and reflexology in the comfort of the gîte. Prices for these treatments can be found on-site.
In collaboration with a local Champagne house, we can arrange a "Discovery of Champagne" tour for you, which includes a visit to a vineyard plot, the wine cooperative, and a tasting of 3 vintages in a reception cellar. The duration of the tour is approximately 2.5 hours and costs 25 per person. The gîte is stocked with various Champagne Chalmet cuvées, the prices of which can be found on-site.
Although the gîte adjoins the owners' house, it is completely independent and autonomous.
