Only 15 minutes away from Chartres, Nathalie and Dominique have lovingly restored 3 comfortable rooms, formerly stables, with great attention to detail and preserving their original character. The rooms boast charming features such as exposed beams, traditional floor tiles, and timber accents. Each room has its own private bathroom and convenient ground floor access, making it easily accessible for individuals with reduced mobility. Additionally, we offer secure parking for your peace of mind. Please note that, in consideration of all our guests' comfort, pets are not allowed and our rooms are strictly non-smoking.

Description for Gite

This renovated barn offers a spacious 60 m2 of living space. The ground floor features a bright and open living/dining room with a high cathedral ceiling, connected to a fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher, microwave, cooker, fridge/freezer, and a flat screen TV. There is also a comfortable bedroom with a 160-sized bed and a bathroom with WC. Upstairs, a mezzanine area provides two additional beds measuring 90 in size.

Outside, you will find a private enclosed patio with a charming wooden terrace, complete with garden furniture, a barbecue, and convenient parking. From here, you can enjoy a view of the enclosed pool area.

Additional amenities include electric heating, and both linen rental and cleaning services are available upon request. Furthermore, this accommodation is accessible to individuals with reduced mobility.

Originaire dIlliers-Combray et habitant en Bretagne, jai trouvé le gîte parfait pour venir visiter ma famille en Eure-et-Loir. Je vous recommande vivement ce gîte très agréable et au calme. Nathalie, la propriétaire des Logis du Breuil, est une personne dune grande gentillesse et surtout très discrète. Le gîte est très bien équipé, spacieux, que ce soit au niveau de la pièce de vie, de la chambre à coucher et de la salle de bain. Nous avons beaucoup aimé laccès au jardin par la terrasse à labri des regards. Lentrée privative dans la cour du gîte est très rassurante pour garer sa voiture. A lavenir, nous y séjournerons dès que nous reviendrons en Eure-et-Loir.
