This charming independent Gite is nestled within a beautiful family property, reflecting the traditional Charentaise style. It is located in the picturesque village of Sigogne, renowned for its prestigious vineyards in the heart of the cognac fins bois region. Within the village square, you will find the magnificent church bell tower, which is widely considered one of the most stunning in the Charente.

The Gite is spread across two floors, offering ample space for relaxation and comfort. The first floor features a cozy living room with a corner kitchen, along with a bedroom equipped with a comfortable double bed (140cm) and an additional single bed (90cm). There is also a separate toilet and a convenient shower room.

On the second floor, you will find two more bedrooms. The first bedroom offers a double bed (140cm) and a single bed (90cm), while the second bedroom features two single beds (90cm). Additionally, there is a shower room with a toilet on this floor.

Outside, you can enjoy a terrace and a lovely garden, perfect for soaking up the peaceful ambiance. Private parking is available for your vehicles. The property also boasts a private pool, to be shared with the owners, that is not supervised.

During the high season and very high season, the rates include all charges. For the remaining seasons, the rates include 8 KWh of electricity, with no limits on domestic water usage, and gas for the cooker.

Unless otherwise specified in the contract, the rental period is for a week, with arrivals on Saturdays after 4 pm and departures on the following Saturday before 10 am.

The Gite is well-equipped with various amenities to enhance your stay. These include gas central heating, a washing machine, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, a television, and a DVD machine. Outside, you will find a terrace, a barbecue, patio furniture, a private pool, a ping pong table, and a weight machine.

Directions

To get from Jarnac to Rouillac, follow these travel directions. As you approach Sigogne, take a right turn towards Foussignac. Keep going until you reach Rue de l'Ancienne Gare, where you should make a left turn (this will be the last left turn before you exit the village). Follow the road until you reach Rue des Ecoles, and then take a left (following the one-way system around the houses). Look for the second alley on your right, where you will find a sign for Gites de France.
