Our house is conveniently situated in the heart of the village, within a quiet residential area. It is in close proximity to all shops and amenities, as well as being well-connected to expressways, making it easy to access the historical and tourist sites throughout Normandy. This ideal location places us just 7 km from downtown Caen and 6 km from the exhibition center.

Since 2004, we have been offering an independent apartment on the ground floor of our house. This apartment, which was formerly the village pharmacy, has undergone recent renovations and provides a comfortable and private space without any direct contact with the owners.

The apartment is fully equipped to accommodate 2 to 4 people. It features an independent kitchen with all necessary utensils, a dining room, a flat screen TV with TNT channels, a DVD player, a radio, a CD mini-system, a washing machine, a library, board games, WiFi internet with excellent broadband quality, and an electric adapter compatible with all countries.

The bedroom, partially located underground, boasts a spacious bed for 2 people (160x200, with recent bedding) to ensure a peaceful night's sleep. It also includes a wardrobe and storage space, as well as 2 bedside tables with lamps. The living room offers a comfortable sofa bed (140x200) suitable for 2 additional guests.

The bathroom is equipped with a large shower, a sink, ample storage, and a separate toilet. Additionally, there is a second separate toilet for convenience. Outside, guests can enjoy the terrace with garden furniture, deck chairs, and a charcoal barbecue. The property also offers secure closed parking.

Conveniently, all necessary shops can be found within a two-minute walk, with supermarkets located 2 and 3 km away. The sea is easily accessible via the nearby expressway, just 18 km away.

Within a radius of 50 km, there are numerous tourist sites to explore, including the famous landing beaches, Arromanches, Bayeux, Omaha-Beach, Caen, Ouistreham, Courseulles, Cabourg, Deauville, Honfleur, Mont Saint-Michel, Étretat, Pays d'Auge, Suisse Normande, Sainte-Mère-Eglise, Cotentin, and The Hague. There are plenty of activities to enjoy, such as swimming, water sports, bungee jumping, amusement parks, zoos, forests, bowling, and cultural attractions like museums.

Our rental requires a minimum stay of 3 nights, except during school holidays, when a mid-week booking is available. There is no requirement for bookings to be from Saturday to Saturday, except during school holidays. Discounted rates are offered for stays of two consecutive weeks. Long-term stays are also possible during the low season.

Additionally, we offer the option to rent linens for both the bathroom and the house. Please inquire about rates for specific periods and the number of people.

Unfortunately, we do not accept animals.
