Description for B&B:

We have 3 charming guest rooms available, each with exposed stone walls. Two of the rooms are located in a separate building, while the other is in the owner's house. The room configurations are as follows: one room with a double bed and a single bed, another room with a double bed, and the third room with a double bed, a 3ft9 bed, and a child's bed. All rooms have ensuite shower rooms and toilets.

Guests have access to a shared living room and lounge area, and a telephone is available for use. Across the road, there is a small garden with minimal traffic.

For dining options, we offer table d'hôtes meals featuring local cuisine made with farm-fresh ingredients. Please note that animals are not allowed on the premises.

Jean-Pierre and Anne-Marie are your friendly hosts and they invite you to stay in their well-kept guest rooms located in the heart of the Sidobre area, a truly unique site in Europe. They are happy to provide guidance for hiking trips along the GR 36 and GR 653 pathways, as well as the St-Jacques pathway. If you're interested in mushroom picking, they can also assist you. Relaxation is guaranteed, and we even offer the option of packed picnics for your convenience.

Directions

To reach Bertrand, follow these travel directions: From CASTRES, take the D622 road towards Brassac Lacaune. At the roundabout, follow the signs for Lacaune Brassac and continue driving for 14 kilometers. Then, make a left turn towards Ferrieres-Vabre and drive for 1 kilometer. After that, take a right turn and continue for another kilometer until you reach the hamlet of Bertrand. Look for the Gîte de France sign to identify the correct location, and you will have arrived. The house is on the left side with a green door.
