This ground floor studio is situated in a peaceful suburban residential area, on a dead-end street. It is conveniently located near the city center, only 1400 meters away from the town hall and pedestrian shopping streets. Additionally, it is just 1000 meters from the Leclerc shopping center and Grand Large.The studio is fully equipped with a kitchenette that includes a table, folding table, cupboards, an electric cooker with an oven, a fridge-freezer, a washing machine, a dishwasher, a microwave, a coffee maker, an electric kettle, an electric toaster, a mixer, a household vacuum cleaner, an iron and ironing board, and a drying rack. All necessary kitchenware is provided.
There is a seating area with a comfortable sofa bed that sleeps two (140), along with two stools and a table. The studio also offers TNT television and the opportunity for internet access through the "wifi access visitors function" with Orange's hotspot network.
A dining area with a table and six chairs, as well as cupboards, is available. There is also a bar area with a shelf and bar. The bedroom features a comfortable 140 bed, with beds made upon arrival. It is accompanied by a night table with an electric alarm clock and bedside lamp, as well as a wardrobe. The bathroom includes a shower and sink, with the toilet located within.
Pets are welcome at no additional cost. Outside, on the garden side of the house, there is garden furniture and a charcoal barbecue iron. Free parking is available in the courtyard, right in front of the studio.
