Description for Gite

Discover the luxurious and family-friendly Gite of Noalhac, located at the entrance of the AUVERGNE Volcano Park in a serene and green environment. Just 2 kms away from downtown Aurillac, this charming and comfortable accommodation offers handicapped access.

The independent house is fully equipped and situated within a private wooded park. It can accommodate up to 5 persons, perfect for 2 couples and 3 children. Additional combinations can be arranged upon request. The house features a spacious living room with a kitchen corner and a large chimney with a window wood stove. There is also a bedroom with a mezzanine and a bathroom with toilet, as well as another room with a shower-room and toilet on the first floor.

The kitchen is fully integrated and includes a fridge, freezer, 4 vitro-ceramic cooking plates, oven, dishwasher, microwave oven, and a robot. For your convenience, there is a washing machine, towel-dryers, color satellite T.V., and Hi-Fi. Enjoy the outdoors on the terrace with garden furniture, barbecue, and children's activities corner. Baby equipment such as a bed and high chair are available upon request free of charge. Household linen and towels can also be provided upon request, and cleaning service can be arranged during or at the end of your stay (additional cost applies).

The friendly and multilingual staff can assist you in English, German, and Spanish. The Gite has easy access to Aurillac Airport (10 minutes) and is also accessible by helicopter. Other nearby airports include Clermont-Ferrand (1 hour 45 minutes), Rodez (1 hour), and Toulouse (2 hours 45 minutes). The Aurillac Train Station offers car rentals from AVIS, Hertz, Europcar, and ADA. Parking is available in front of the Gite.

Enjoy the breathtaking views and tranquility of the wooden private park, which includes a children's activities corner. Cell phone coverage, satellite T.V., and Hi-Fi are available for your entertainment. Small, calm, and well-behaved pets are accepted (only one allowed, with the exception of the bedroom).

Tourism information and various activities can be organized upon request, including guided tours and walks. Please note that during the International Street Theater Festival, the Gite is not available.

If the Gite is fully booked, we also offer guest rooms with private bathrooms or shower-rooms. The rooms include one with a double bed and a single bed, and another with a double bed. Occasionally, an additional double bed room may be rented in conjunction with another room. Please contact us for availability and pricing, which ranges between 105 and 150, inclusive of breakfast and tourist taxes.
