Welcome to our fully equipped flat, located in a historic XVIIIth-century mansion in downtown Dijon. This renovated ground-floor ecological studio boasts beautiful floor tiles and lime plaster walls.

The flat features a comfortable queen-size bed, along with amenities such as Wifi and a widescreen TV. The en-suite lavatory is equipped with a spacious shower.

In the kitchenette, you will find all the necessary appliances including a dishwasher, a washing machine/tumble dryer, and an oven. Additionally, we provide towels and sheets made from organic cotton for your convenience.

The flat comfortably accommodates 2 people. Rates for 2012 are as follows: €190 for a 2-night stay, €570 for a week, and €1850 for a month. The minimum stay is 2 nights.

"Amiral Roussin" is available for long-term rentals as well. Unfortunately, we do not allow pets or smoking in the apartment.
