Take a refreshing dip in our brand new swimming pool, stay active in our small fitness room with a book corner, explore the surrounding area on our mountain bikes, and enjoy a delightful barbecue. We also have a range of outdoor toys to entertain the little ones.
The location of our farmhouse is incredibly convenient, offering endless opportunities for car, hiking, and cycling excursions. Additionally, we are proud to be a breeding and training center for Quarter Horses, where we offer western-style riding lessons.
Fanos Farm is nestled in the renowned wine region of Ghemme and Gattinara, just a short 15-minute drive from the enchanting Lake Orta and the breathtaking shores of Lake Maggiore. The vibrant city of Milan is a mere 45 minutes away, while the lesser-known gem of Turin can be reached in just one hour. Golf enthusiasts will be pleased to know that two of the most prestigious Italian Golf Clubs, Golfclub Castelconturbia and the Cicolo Golf Bogogno, are in close proximity. For those seeking winter adventures, the Mount Rosa Ski Area is only an hour away.

Between Borgomanero and Novara, just a few minutes away from Lake Maggiore and Lake Orta, you can easily find us using the GPS coordinates 45° 37 19,65" Nord - 8° 33 51,80" Est.
If you are coming from the A26 motorway, take the exit "Borgomanero" and turn right towards "Novara". Stay on the SP 229 road for 7 km, then turn left onto "Baraggia di Suno" towards "Suno" (look out for our street sign "Fanos Farm") on the SP 22 road. After 2 km, you will reach a small square where you should turn right for a short distance and then immediately left onto via Marconi (follow our street sign). After 2 km, via Marconi becomes via Piana (continue even after seeing the street sign "End of Suno"). Once you pass a small bridge, the asphalt ends and the country road begins. You will spot Fanos Farm, the first big white farmhouse on the right side.
If you are coming from the A4 motorway from Milan to Turin, take the "Novara Est" exit and continue on the SS 32 road towards "Malpensa", "Lago Maggiore", and "Oleggio". In Oleggio, follow the directions for "Valsesia", "Borgomanero", and "Momo" on the SP 17 road. In Castelletto di Momo, turn right towards "Vaprio d’Agogna" and "Suno" on the SP 19 road. In Suno, at the end of a tree-lined street, turn onto via Marconi, which later becomes via Piana. Continue for 2 km, even after passing the street sign "End of Suno". After a small bridge, you will reach the country road where the asphalt ends. Fanos Farm will be the first big white farmhouse on the right side.
We are conveniently located just 20 km from Milan Malpensa Airport. From the airport, follow the directions towards Novara and then follow the same "Arrival Info" as described above from the A4 motorway.
If you are coming from Milan Linate Airport, we are 70 km away.
