Please note that pets are not permitted in our cottages. We offer rentals on Saturdays starting at 4:00 PM and require guests to vacate the premises by 10:00 AM on Saturday morning. To secure your reservation, please provide the signed contract and deposit. The deposit amount is 25% of the total rental cost, and the remaining balance is due upon arrival. A separate refundable deposit of 300 is also required, which will be returned or destroyed within 15 days after your departure. Additionally, there is a daily tax of 0.40 per person for guests aged 13 and above, applicable between June 15 and September 15. Children under 13 are exempt from this tax. Any excessive electricity usage exceeding 8 KW per day will incur an additional charge.
