THE BUIS is situated in the western suburbs of Paris, conveniently close to Versailles and the Rambouillet forest. Nestled within a stunning park spanning 7000 m2, this enchanting destination boasts a forested area adorned with old trees, boxwood balls, topiary, and paths lined with fruit trees. A gentle river meanders through the foliage, fed by a picturesque waterfall. Adding to the allure is a grand pool featuring a statue and a greenhouse adorned with hanging grapes. Prepare to be captivated by the magic of this place.

In addition to the captivating surroundings, THE BUIS offers a range of amenities to enhance your stay. Delight in a beautiful swimming pool, indulge in a game of clay tennis, engage in a round of petanque on the well-maintained bowling green, or simply unwind in the expansive paved courtyard. Families will appreciate the dedicated children's garden, while the old barn adds a touch of rustic charm to the romantic setting. Rest assured, your time spent here will leave an indelible memory.

Included in our rates are a delightful French breakfast, access to the pool along with pillows and towels, the availability of clay tennis courts (weather permitting), golf balls, and unlimited exploration of the park, forest, and all its enchanting nooks. You can even enjoy the pool during the winter months.

Check-in time is at 4 pm, and departure is required by 11 am. To secure your reservation, we kindly request a 50% deposit upon booking. Payments can be made in cash or via bank transfer.

We offer three unique rental spaces to suit your preferences. THE LOFT, accessible via a private staircase, provides a spacious 160 m2 area for 1-4 individuals. It features two bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with two single beds that can be combined), a large living room with a television, a bathroom, and a separate toilet. The warm and inviting flooring comprises wood, seagrass, and tiles. The space is also equipped with a TV.

The WHITE ROOM, located on the first floor, offers a tranquil retreat with its comfortable bed (160), private bathroom, and toilet. A television is also provided.

For those seeking an independent accommodation option, we have The HOUSE. It features two bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with two beds that can be combined to form a larger bed), a cozy lounge area with a fireplace, a kitchenette, a bathroom with a shower, a toilet, and a TV.

The overall atmosphere at THE BUIS exudes warmth, with natural materials and a color palette of moles, beige, and wood. Parking is available in the courtyard of the town hall, making it convenient to park your car or luxury collection.

Our rates for The White Room are as follows: 150 for one person and 180 for two people. The Loft is priced at 300 for one bedroom, with an additional 150 for an extra room. The Cottage is available at 250 for one room, with an additional 120 for an extra room.

If you're in need of some relaxation, our onsite spa is available. Prices are as follows: 30 for one person, 50 for two people, and 60 for three or four people.
