Located on the outskirts of the regional park Balloons des Vosges, in the Plateaux district of Haute Saone, you will find our exceptional property. Situated on the highest point of the town, peace and tranquility are guaranteed. Spread across three hectares, our small, fully-equipped independent farmhouse is nestled in a wild and green setting, offering all the comforts you need to fully enjoy nature and the great outdoors. If the weather permits, you can indulge in hiking or water activities, or explore the beautiful sights of the region. During the snowy season, nearby ski resorts such as Ballon d'Alsace, board of Beautiful Girls, and La Bresse offer downhill skiing and snowboarding opportunities. Alternatively, you can relax in our cozy lounge by the fireplace or on the expansive terrace overlooking the natural pond, accompanied by the soothing sounds of the flowing stream. This charming old farmhouse is nestled in a scenic natural setting, just 1.5 km from the town. Perched on a hill, it offers breathtaking views and features an outdoor pool (available from 15/05 to 15/09, depending on the season).

The ground floor of the farmhouse includes an inviting entrance, a fully-equipped kitchen, a cozy living room with a wood stove, a comfortable lounge area with a fireplace, and a convenient bar corner. There is also a separate toilet on this level.

On the first floor, you will find one spacious bedroom with a double bed, as well as two interconnected bedrooms that can accommodate two double beds and a baby cot. The mezzanine area offers a delightful lounge space with a table football game.

The property boasts a lovely raised garden, which features a charming unfenced pond. There is also a garage for your convenience. The farmhouse is heated by a combination of wood and electricity, ensuring your comfort throughout your stay.

Located in a picturesque village within the Regional Natural Park of Ballons des Vosges, this gite is ideally situated for exploring the beautiful surroundings. Just 4 km away, you will find a swimming area at the Ballastières in Champagney, while a ski resort awaits you 7 km away at the snow stage of the board of Beautiful Girls (1148 m).

The gite offers a range of amenities, including a terrace, a detached house, a garden, a TV, a pool, a fireplace, a barbecue, a microwave, parking facilities, linen rental, and a washing machine.
