This holiday cottage offers a twin lodging for up to four people, located on the first floor. The cottage is made of clay, providing a unique and cozy atmosphere. Situated amidst a beautiful green landscape, the cottage is conveniently located just 200 meters away from shops and can be accessed via a footpath. It is also only 2km away from a cinema and a bowling alley. For those interested in exploring the historical towns of Rennes and Bécherel, they are just a 10-minute drive away. Additionally, the cottage is within a 30-minute drive from popular coastal destinations such as Dinan, Dinard, Saint Malo, Cancale, and Mont Saint Michel.

During the months of July and August, as well as during holidays, the weekly rate is 300 euros, or 50 euros per night. Throughout the rest of the year, the weekly rate is 180 euros. For shorter stays, from Monday to Friday, the nightly rate is 35 euros, while on weekends and days off, it is 45 euros per night. All rates include bed sheets for added convenience.
