This property is perfect for groups of 4 to 5 people. The ground floor features a cozy sitting room with a dining area, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable sofa armchair, dining table and chairs. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, gas hob, oven, and microwave.Upstairs, you will find a lovely double bedroom, a shower room, and a separate toilet. On the second floor, there is a charming attic bedroom with three single beds.
Outside, there is a fenced courtyard with a table and chairs, perfect for enjoying meals outdoors. Additionally, there is a barbecue available for use.
For your convenience, there is a barn on-site which houses a washing machine and an extra fridge. There is also a designated car parking area for your vehicles.
A highlight of this property is the large 10-meter by 5-meter swimming pool, located just beyond the owners' garden wall. Access to the pool is granted through a gate.
The gite is situated in the peaceful hamlet of Goué, adjacent to the vibrant market town of MANSLE. In MANSLE, you will find a variety of restaurants, bars, and shops. The area also offers numerous organized activities such as canoeing, walking, archery, and many others.

Directions
To reach Mansle easily, you can take the N10 road between Ruffec and Angouleme. If you are traveling from the north (Ruffec), make a right turn at La Gagnarderie. On the other hand, if you are coming from the south, simply drive through Mansle and turn left after crossing the bridge onto the Fontenille road. After traveling for about 1 km, you will reach Goué. Take the first left onto a small lane and then make the first right into the courtyard area.
