Enjoy your holiday in a charming cottage situated on a tranquil Purebred Arabian horse breeding farm. Surrounded by 14 acres of lush pasture and home to 20 beautiful horses, this cottage offers a peaceful retreat just 5 minutes away from the beach, downtown, and Cap d'Agde.The spacious 100 m2 cottage features a ground floor with a large living room and dining area, complete with a flat-screen TV and DVD player, as well as WiFi internet access. The living area opens up to a fenced terrace of 40 m2 with a garden, perfect for relaxation. The fully equipped kitchen includes modern amenities such as a microwave, oven, dishwasher, washer/dryer, and coffee machine. A convenient toilet is also located on the ground floor.
Upstairs, you will find three comfortable bedrooms, with one king-size bed and two queen-size beds. Additionally, there is a bathroom with a shower. Private parking is available, and there is also the option for garage usage. Linens will be provided for your convenience.
Access to the cottage is completely independent from the rest of the buildings on the property. Rates for the cottage range from 800 to 1300, depending on the time of year. There is also the opportunity to bring your own horse for a weekend stay or participate in livestock internships.

Directions
Take exit 34 on the A9 motorway towards AGDE. Follow the signs for AGDE-SETE for 11 km. Upon reaching the roundabout, head towards Grau d'Agde. At the second roundabout, continue towards SAINT VINCENT. After approximately 800 meters, you will find the road on your left, near the restaurant BALUFFE THE RABBIT. Follow this road for about 400 meters.
