Welcome to Laurent Vidal - Sea Photographer's two guest rooms, located in the charming old town of Plouharnel. Situated near the beautiful chapel "Notre-Dame des Fleurs" and just a short distance from the coastal path, our accommodations offer a perfect stay between the ocean and the enchanting Bay of Quiberon.

You'll find us on Rue de la Baie, a peaceful dead end that leads directly to the sea (Coté Baie de Quiberon), the scenic coastal path (GR34), and the captivating oyster farming sites of Kercroc.

Our ground floor features a reception area and a breakfast space that opens onto a spacious south-facing terrace.

Upstairs, you'll discover our two bedrooms, each equipped with a private bathroom:

- The "West" room, a tranquil and spacious attic, offers a west-facing view with a glimpse of the ocean and the bay of Quiberon. It features a comfortable "King size" bed (180x200) and its own private bathroom facilities. This room can also accommodate an additional bed (90x200). Rates for the West room, including breakfast, start at 90 to 100 Euros per night, with an additional bed available at 30 Euros, including breakfast.

- The East room, also located in the attic, consists of two separate bedrooms with a shared private bathroom. It offers a "King size" bed (180x200) and an additional bed (90x200). Rates for the East room, including breakfast, start at 80 to 90 Euros per night, with an extra bed available at 30 Euros, including breakfast.

Please note that during July and August, we require a minimum reservation of 4 nights, while the rest of the year, a minimum of 2 nights is required. Check-in is available from 5 p.m. onwards, and check-out is required by 11 a.m.

We provide closed private parking, a garden, and two bikes for your use, as well as internet connection, WiFi, and refrigerators in both rooms. All necessary amenities can be found within walking distance, including a supermarket.

Our location offers convenient proximity to nearby attractions such as La Trinité sur Mer, Carnac, Quiberon, Auray, Vannes, Lorient, Belle Île en Mer, Erdeven, the Barre d'Etel, the Gulf of Morbihan, the Alignements of Carnac, the golf of Saint-Laurent, the GR34, and the beautiful region of Brittany in Morbihan.

Welcome to Villa Laurent Vidal, a charming villa situated in the historic town of Plouharnel, just a short distance from the "Notre-Dame des Fleurs" chapel and the beautiful coastal path (GR34). Owned by Laurent Vidal, this villa offers a delightful retreat between the ocean and the stunning Bay of Quiberon.

Located on a quiet dead-end street, Rue de la Baie, the villa provides easy access to the bay and the Kercroc oyster farming yards. Additionally, all necessary amenities are within walking distance, including a supermarket, pharmacy, press, and various restaurants and bistros.

With a 4-star furnished tourism classification, the villa is a separate dwelling from the guest rooms but shares the same property. On the ground floor, you will find a spacious living room (50 m2), a laundry room, a toilet, and a bathroom with an Italian shower.

Upstairs, there are three double bedrooms, each furnished with king-size beds (180cm). Two of the bedrooms boast private bathrooms with toilets and walk-in showers, while the third bedroom has access to a bathroom with a 180cm bed and two 90cm beds.

The villa offers a private swimming pool exclusively for your use, heated to a comfortable 28°C from March to October. The pool has a depth of 2.10m across its entire surface (7 X 3.50m). It is covered by a sliding shelter that can be fully retracted, allowing you to swim with the shelter closed during the mid-season. The shelter is secured by a key and complies with standard NF P 90-309.

Outside, the terrace is equipped with cozy sofas, deck chairs, a hammock, tables, and a barbecue, providing the perfect setting for outdoor relaxation. The garden surrounding the villa is fully enclosed, ensuring your privacy during your stay. Additionally, the parking lot can accommodate up to three vehicles, with the option for electric recharging from a standard outlet.

Please note that at present, the accommodation is not suitable for individuals with reduced mobility.

The price of your stay is all-inclusive, covering bed and bathroom linen, pool towels, taxes, and more. The beds will be made upon your arrival, allowing you to settle in and relax immediately. Additionally, depending on availability, guests of the villa can borrow paddleboards, surfboards, kayaks, or bicycles.

You have the flexibility to choose your arrival date, with a minimum stay of five nights required. The rates for the villa range from 230 to 488 euros per night, depending on the season.
