Description:

Description for B&B:

Ghislaine and Eric warmly welcome you to their charming B&B, a historic presbytery that dates back to 1764. As you arrive, you will be captivated by the stone building and its picturesque dovecote, as well as the stunning alley of cedar trees. Eric has recently renovated this delightful presbytery, carefully preserving its authentic Gascony charm by using traditional materials. Your spacious and bright room is tastefully furnished to ensure a peaceful night's sleep. The blend of old and modern elements creates a beautiful balance throughout the accommodation. The cozy cocoon features a large 160/200 cm bed. The SUITE bedroom offers a 160/200 cm bed for two people, two 90/200 cm beds for the third and fourth person, and a sofa bed for a potential fifth or sixth person in the same SUITE bedroom. Each room has its own private bathroom with a basin, shower, and WC. If needed, we can provide a folding cot and high chair upon request.

To ensure your comfort, our sheets and towels are changed at least twice a week. You can enjoy a delicious breakfast made with locally sourced products on our sunny terrace, while admiring the breathtaking view of the gentle Gers hills from our 4-hectare wooded park. After a swim in the inviting and sunlit pool, you can relax and sunbathe with ease.

At "Arpentian," your only neighbors will be deer and squirrels frolicking in the fields of sunflowers, wheat, and rapeseed. We have preserved the authenticity of this place, with its ancient boxwood and majestic cedar tree that has been providing shade for over 250 years. If you want to unwind, we have a TV library lounge area where you can relax. Additionally, we provide leaflets with a variety of entertaining activities in the region, such as horse riding, fishing, golf, hiking, canoeing, water parks, lakes, boat trips, wine merchants, castles, markets, and restaurants.
