The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances including a washing machine, dishwasher, vitroceramics, electric ovens, and microwave.Located on a vast 9-hectare vineyard, this property boasts stunning sea views, with Bandol beaches just 9 km away. Enjoy the tranquility and serenity of the surroundings, while still being conveniently located only 4 km from local shops and amenities.
For recreational activities, there is a play-ground area with badminton, table tennis, balls, and swing. The shaded terrace with barbecue is perfect for outdoor dining and relaxation. The shared pool, located 50 meters behind the house, is protected and is shared with the nearby rental (maximum 6 people). Rest assured, there is no direct view between the two houses, as each has its own separate entrance, furniture for relaxation, and shaded arbor.
