Welcome to La Ferme de Chaouen, a charming and versatile modular cottage located in the picturesque village of Fulvy, near Ancy le Franc in Tonnerre. This beautiful countryside is famous for its rolling hills, vineyards, and cheese production. Immerse yourself in the Renaissance era as you explore the historic castles, ancient washhouses, and the enchanting scents of Burgundy.Fully restored and furnished to ensure your comfort, Chaouen Farm offers a warm and inviting atmosphere, perfect for vacations, leisure activities, celebrations, and family gatherings all year round. The spacious ground floor, covering 230 m2, can be rented separately and features a large living room, a games room, a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, a bathroom with a bathtub and shower, a sauna for two, and a separate toilet. This section comfortably accommodates 5-8 people.
For larger families or groups of friends, an additional level can be accessed via a staircase. This level offers one, two, six, or more rooms, depending on your needs, and can accommodate up to 12 people. There is a bathroom and toilet on this level for convenience.
Step outside and discover a secluded patio with a sheltered terrace, complete with patio heaters. Relax on the lawn, soak up the sun, or take a refreshing dip in the above-ground pool with wooden siding, which is easily accessible by a removable ladder and designed with children's safety in mind. Two barns are available, one for parking cars and motorcycles, and the second for hosting parties and events with friends.
Musicians will appreciate our fully equipped and acoustically treated music room, ideal for rehearsals or compositions.
The house is heated by an oil boiler on the ground floor and electric radiators upstairs, ensuring a cozy and comfortable stay.
