This fully equipped air conditioned studio is located in the quiet and secure private residence of "Village Viva." It offers a charming space for a dream holiday, complete with a large 10m pool. The studio is conveniently situated near all amenities, including beaches and the "CORA" shopping center with over 33 shops, restaurants, a bar, dancing, and golf sports.

Positioned on the first floor at the entrance, the studio provides beautiful views of the pool and sea. It is located across from the Marina Pointe-à-Pitre, separated by the inlet. In the evening, guests can enjoy the mesmerizing play of colored lights and indulge in a delicious fish broth at the various restaurants or at our own restaurant, "La Route du Rhum."

The studio is situated in the Low-du-Fort area, just off Pointe-à-Pitre. Its name is derived from the impressive Fort Fleur d'Épée, which overlooks the area. BDF is renowned for its panoramic view and serves as a major tourist center. Along the peninsula, where Village Viva is located, several hotels, restaurants, bars, and clubs add to the lively and vibrant atmosphere.
