This fully restored farm building, classified as a 3-star Gite de France, offers both comfort and functionality. Ideal for up to 4 guests, the property features an enclosed garden with a lush lawn, a separate entrance, and a spacious courtyard with a barbecue. Guests are also invited to enjoy the shared garden, complete with a swimming pool, alongside the friendly owners.The accommodation comprises a well-equipped kitchen and living room area, featuring a comfortable double sofa bed, a TV, an oven, a microwave, a fridge-freezer, a dishwasher, a stove, and ample storage space. Additionally, there is a separate toilet and a bathroom equipped with a washing machine. The cozy bedroom offers accommodation for two, while the loft area boasts two twin beds. Electric heating ensures a comfortable stay throughout the year.
