Situated near the La Borie university park, the International Office for Water, the Aurence landscaped park, and the municipal rose garden, it offers a tranquil setting. The house is just a 10-minute walk from the city center and conveniently close to main roads. The Bernardaud porcelain factory is also in close proximity to LÉphémère. This independent guest house overlooks a lovely garden where guests can enjoy breakfast if the weather permits. Parking is easily available on the quiet street, and public transportation (Line 8) runs nearby.
The guest house itself is a separate 35m² house exclusively for the tenants during their stay. It features a living room, a kitchenette, a shower room, and a bedroom with a comfortable 140 x 190 bed. The house is elegantly decorated and equipped with amenities such as an oven, dishes, TV, hairdryer, and free wifi.
As the owner of LÉphémère and a guide-lecturer, I will personally welcome you throughout the year and be delighted to introduce you to Limoges and its region. I can provide recommendations and advice on activities based on your interests and needs.
Limousin is a region with a rich cultural and tourist heritage, offering opportunities for hiking in natural parks, discovering local craftsmanship (such as enamel, porcelain, and tapestry), and exploring historic sites. I will provide you with all the necessary information to ensure a pleasant stay.
In addition to holiday accommodation, LÉphémère is also suitable for professionals visiting the area, such as trainees or sales representatives. The guest house offers a peaceful environment, allowing guests to cook and work comfortably with free wifi.
