We have a small house available for rent on the picturesque banks of the Dordogne River. This rental is perfect for 2 to 4 people looking to spend a vacation in the beautiful LOT region.The accommodation is 30 m² and offers a cozy living space. On the ground floor, you'll find a living room with a fitted kitchen, a comfortable 140 cm sofa bed, and a TV. At the rear of the house, there is a small enclosed courtyard with garden furniture for relaxation. Upstairs, there is a bedroom with a 140 cm bed, a bathroom with a shower, and a toilet. If needed, there is also a folding extra bed available.
This detached house, known as "LA BOUTIQUE," has been restored to provide a comfortable and charming stay. It is nestled in the heart of a quiet hamlet in the countryside near the village of Meyraguet. The location is just 5 minutes from Lacave and 15 minutes from the famous tourist sites of Rocamadour and the Dordogne Valley. From the house, you can enjoy a panoramic view of the cliffs that border the Dordogne River, which is only 400 meters away and ideal for fishing and swimming.
There are plenty of activities to enjoy in the surrounding area, including hiking trails, the GR6 route, fortified mills, chasms, canoeing, tree climbing, and visiting local farmers markets. The house is conveniently located 10 minutes from the Souillac highway exit.

Directions
Upon your arrival in Souillac, Sarlat, or Brive, head towards Cahors, Lacave, and Rocamadour. As you proceed, you will pass through PINSAC and go in front of the Chateau de TREYNE. After approximately 800 meters, take a right onto the road with a sign indicating "classified church - Meyraguet." Keep going straight until you reach the wrought iron gite "LA BOUTIQUE," located just before the piloris on the right side of the road.
