For your convenience, the apartment is equipped with sofas, a washing machine, dishwasher, pyrolysis oven, air conditioning, and is located on the 4th and last floor with an elevator. WIFI is also available.
Outside, you can enjoy a sheltered balcony of 10m², complete with a BBQ, chaise longue, and wrought iron furniture. The property also includes a garage and two large swimming pools, open from mid-May to the end of September, as well as a children's playground.
