I have a private room available for rent, measuring 13 square meters. It is conveniently situated just 10 minutes away from the Zoo de la Flèche and a short 5-minute walk from the military prytanée. Additionally, it is only a 30-minute drive from the Bugatti circuit of the 24 Hours of Le Mans.The room is part of a single-story house and has its own independent entrance. It opens up to a furnished and sunny terrace, providing a peaceful atmosphere in the city center. There is also a free parking space available for your convenience.
The bathroom and toilets are shared with other guests. The room is equipped with a flat-screen TV and all necessary linen supplies are provided. Please note that animals are not accepted in the room.
