Welcome to this delightful cottage, nestled within a spacious flowered garden encompassing 4000 m² of lush greenery and majestic trees. A haven for children, the garden features a charming playground and a shaded bowling green.Upon arrival, you will be greeted by a covered terrace spanning 50 m², complete with a garden and a large family table for your al fresco meals and barbecues.
Step inside through the grand entrance, leading you to the dining room and an open, fully equipped kitchen boasting modern amenities such as a dishwasher, microwave, oven, teapot, coffee maker, toaster, raclette grill, blender, and more. The living room offers a cathedral-like ambiance, complemented by a TV and DVD player for your entertainment.
On the ground floor, you will find a cozy bedroom furnished with a comfortable 1.60 X 2 m bed. The bathroom is equipped with double washbasins, a walk-in shower, and complimentary toiletries. Additionally, a washing machine and dryer are available for your convenience. A separate toilet with a washbasin completes this level.
To access the upper floor, a spiral staircase leads you to a spacious bedroom featuring a 1.80 X 2 m bed, which can be separated if needed, as well as a baby cot. Another bedroom offers three beds measuring 0.90 m X 2 m. A second bathroom and toilet are also located on this floor.
From the mezzanine overlooking the living room, you can enjoy a peaceful workspace with a small desk and a comfortable meridian chair.
Sheets, towels, and beds are all prepared for your arrival, and electric heating is included. A cleaning deposit of 70 euros is required. Upon request, bicycles can be borrowed, and amenities such as a high chair, changing mat, wooden bed, and baby bath are provided. We are happy to offer advice and tourist information, and we have special privileges that grant you access to reduced rates at many local attractions. Additionally, you have the opportunity to indulge in wine tasting sessions of the exquisite Touraine wines, courtesy of our esteemed winemaker friends.

Follow the directions for Loches/Faverolles sur Cher. Cross the Cher river and at the second roundabout, continue straight for 200m. Then, take a left towards St Aignan/St Julien de Chedon. Finally, take the first right and follow our signs.
- If coming from Vierzon, you can take the A85 and exit at Noyers-sur-Cher. From there, take the N76.
- Alternatively, you can take the D976 and exit at Angé/St Julien de Chédon. Follow the signs for St Julien.
- If starting from Tours, you can take the A85 and exit at Sublaines/Bléré. Then, take the direction of Vierzon.
- Alternatively, you can take the D976 and exit at Montrichard/St Julien. At the roundabout, follow the signs for Loches. After 200m, turn left behind the CARREFOUR MARKET supermarket towards St Aignan/St Julien. Then, take the first right and follow our arrows.
