This charming cottage is a spacious detached house measuring 110 m2 and can accommodate up to 6 people. It is nestled in a lovely fenced garden with comfortable outdoor furniture. The fully equipped kitchen includes a cooker, a 4-ring gas oven, a microwave, and a washing machine. The cottage also benefits from gas central heating, ensuring a cozy atmosphere all year round.The living room is equipped with a TV and satellite channels for your entertainment, while the dining area comfortably seats 6 people. A highchair is available upon request, making this cottage perfect for families with young children.
The bathroom features a bath with a shower, as well as a separate shower and toilet. Bath towels and napkins can be rented upon request. Additionally, there is a second separate toilet for your convenience.
The cottage offers three comfortable bedrooms. Bedroom 1 is furnished with two beds measuring 100x190, while Bedroom 2 is designed for two guests and includes one bed measuring 140x190. Bedroom 3 also accommodates two guests and features two beds measuring 100x190. Linen can be hired upon request, and a cot is available upon request as well.
For added convenience, there is a laundry room with a washing machine. The cottage also provides a two-car garage and two private parking spaces.

Directions
To reach Rosheim, take the exit at Strasbourg, Colmar management and Molsheim and Obernai. Once in Rosheim, proceed across rue du General de Gaulle and continue towards Boersch at the junction. Finally, turn right onto the street leading to the number 7, which will be on the left side of the road.
