Located in the peaceful hamlet of St Pardoux, just a stone's throw away from the Tour d'Auvergne and its array of shops, including a mini market, bakery, butcher, tobacco/newspaper shop, bars, restaurants, garage/service station, medical office, pharmacy, bank, and local producers of cold cuts and cheeses, this spacious 84 m² house is available to rent on a weekly basis. Situated at an altitude of 1100m and overlooking the Cantal and Sancy mountains, this accommodation can comfortably accommodate 6-8 people.Nearby, there is a beautiful swimming lake, just 600m away, which has been awarded the Blue Flag classification. Additionally, there are various ski resorts in close proximity, offering opportunities for alpine skiing, cross-country skiing, sledding, snowshoeing, and even dog sledding. LA STELE is only 5 minutes away, CHASTREIX SANCY is 10 minutes away, MONT DORE is 25 minutes away, and SUPER BESSE is 30 minutes away. For those seeking relaxation, there are also spa towns nearby, such as LA BOURBOULE (15 minutes away) and MONT DORE (20 minutes away). In addition, there are plenty of hiking trails, waterfalls, and lakes to explore in the surrounding area.
The ground floor of the house features a spacious living room with a large table and benches, as well as a cantou with cupboards and a wardrobe for storing jackets and ski suits. There is also a designated space for storing skis. The living room includes a comfortable seating area with a 92cm LCD TV, a convertible corner sofa that can accommodate an additional 2 people, a bench seat, and a coffee table. The fully equipped kitchen offers ample storage space and is equipped with a 200L fridge, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, ceramic hob, extractor hood, electric oven, and dishwasher. Crockery is provided. The ground floor also includes a bathroom with a washbasin on a cupboard with two drawers, as well as a shower. There is a separate toilet.
Upstairs, there are two bedrooms with a 140x190 cm bed each, and one bedroom with two 90x190 cm beds. Mattresses, pillows, and duvets are provided, but guests are required to bring their own bed linen. Each bedroom has its own wardrobe. There is also a separate toilet on this floor.
The chalet is non-smoking, and pets are allowed under certain conditions.
The prices for renting this accommodation are as follows: 550 Euros per week during high season, which includes Christmas and February/March (school holidays) and July/August (school holidays); 450 Euros per week during mid-season, which includes May/June and September; and 350 Euros per week during low season, which applies to the rest of the year. For weekend stays of 2 nights or more during the off-season, the price is 250 Euros. There is also a spa package available for 800 Euros for a 3-week stay. Additionally, there is a tourist tax of 0.7 Euros per person per day, with children under 18 exempt from this fee.
