Welcome to this spacious 170 m² house that offers a comfortable and relaxing stay. Upstairs, you will find three rooms, including a cozy reading corner. There is a shared bathroom with a toilet. On the ground floor, there is a master bedroom with its own bathroom and toilet, as well as an additional bathroom and separate toilet. The house also features a jacuzzi, a sports area, and a billiard room for your entertainment.Located 15 km from Blaye and 45 km from Bordeaux, this house is perfect for accommodating up to 8 people. Enjoy a peaceful countryside holiday with a pool and a barbeque area in the beautiful 3000 m² park, which also includes a pond. The well-equipped kitchen invites you to unleash your culinary creativity, and the spacious living area offers a large, comfortable sofa where you can relax and enjoy a wide selection of movies.
Please note that the price includes bed sheets and towels. The tenant is responsible for cleaning, or it can be done for an additional fee. A visitor's tax of 0.9 euros per person per night will be charged upon arrival.
